Training: Workshops & Seminars
Workshops, seminars, trainings, and presentations are offered to the public and for community organizations, agencies, mental health professionals, and businesses.
Training and workshops focus on a variety of topics, tools and skill-sets. We believe that people learn by experiencing things themselves so expect to be involved and to not see much powerpoint. Topics including effective communication, self-enrichment, transforming your meanings, accessing your best self, abundance, personal change, effectiveness, motivation, and systemic ecology are options.
We focus on skills and methods from Neuro-Semantics (NS), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Ericksonian Hypnosis; as these offer some of the best tools available. These disciplines have broad applicability for enriching mind, emotion, and behavior in any aspect of life.
In addition to being experienced mental health professionals, we are Certified Trainers of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Certified Ericksonian Hypnosis Instructors’. Dr. Liotta is also a Certified Neuro-Semantics Trainer. We each bring diverse life experience, derived from many settings and roles, to our work. 
For the public and organizations we offer programs to help people become their best, to actualize excellence, and to life abundent and fullfilled lives. For mental health professionals, trainings are offered in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Neuro-Semantics (NS), Ericksonian Hypnosis, and brief psychotherapy, and skills (such as rapport and the effective use of language) that are applicable in psychotherapy-regardless of orientation. Neuro-Semantics and NLP offer models that are very useful and effective additions to those utilizing other Cognitive-Behavioral therapies.

For example, In May 2008 we did a three day training titled: An Introduction to Ericksonian Hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming in Brief Psychotherapy. This was in Manassas, Virginia at The ITS Training Center. Richard and Rosemary, along with Daniel Decker of Integrated Treatment Systems were the trainers.
