Enrichment Associates Consultation & Training (EACT) is owned by Rich Liotta, Ph.D. (Psychologist). It was founded by Dr. Liotta and his wife Rosemary Liotta, who died in summer 2012. Rich Liotta carries on the tradition of the vision they shared.

EACT offers consulting and training utilizing a broad skill set, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming 
(NLP), Neuro-Semantics (NS), and Ericksonian Hypnosis. Techniques from these diciplines comprise part of a Full Spectrum Cognitive Behavioral approach, that appreciates the nuances of cognition and the mind-body connection. It is a holistic approach.
There are effective and efficient strategies that facilitate growth, excellence, transformation, and change for individuals, in the workplace, or in organizations.
NS and NLP take a systemic approach and have extensive utility for achieving changes in any system, whether intrapsychic, mind-body, or interpersonal. Our meanings, cognitions, emotions and behavior are ever changing-direct the change! “Enrichment” is the guiding metaphor. It expresses the essence of the processes of growth. Growth involves designing our meanings so they serve us well. Growth is building on strengths, using the inner capacities we all have, discovering ourselves, and enhancing resources; that is the process of Enrichment.
