Enrichment A.C.T. was founded by Rich Liotta, Ph.D. (Psychologist) and Rosemary Lake-Liotta, L.C.S.W. (Licensed Clinical Social Worker). We offer consultation and training utilizing a broad skill set, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Neuro-Semantics (NS), and Ericksonian Hypnosis. These disciplines provide effective and efficient strategies that facilitate growth, excellence, and change for individuals, in the workplace, or in organizations. NS and NLP take a systemic approach and have extensive utility for achieving changes in any system, whether intrapsychic or interpersonal. Our meanings, cognitions, emotions and behavior are ever changing-direct the change! "Enrichment" is our guiding metaphor. To us it expresses the essence of the processes of growth. Growth involves designing our meanings so they serve us well. Growth is building on strengths, using the inner capacities we all have, discovering ourselves, and enhancing resources; that is the process of Enrichment. Our mission as consultants and trainers is too offer skills and strategies that will help you help yourself to live a more fulfilled and successful life!

The purpose of our blog is to discuss topics having to do with personal growth, change, and achieving excellence and actualization. NLP, Neuro-Semantics, and hypnosis, are our passions; because people can be so much more if they use the best tools to better themselves! We will highlight aspects of the evolving art and science in these areas and offer food for thought and to encourage your transformations. We will also sometimes let you know what we are doing. Training includes workshops and seminars for the public, community organizations, agencies, people who help people, and business. Training and workshops focus on a variety of topics, tools and skill-sets. We believe that people learn by experiencing things themselves so expect to be involved and to not see much powerpoint. Topics including effective communication, self-enrichment, transforming your meanings, accessing your best self, abundance, personal change, effectiveness, motivation, and systemic ecology are options. We focus on skills and methods from Neuro-Semantics (NS), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Ericksonian Hypnosis; as these offer some of the best tools available. These disciplines have broad applicability for enriching mind, emotion, and behavior in any aspect of life.
